names of good celtic bands that sing traditional music?
I have been listening to Arcona Reel Band, and various compilations of Celtic music, but I would like to learn more about specific bands, especially of vocal traditional music, but some instrumental reels/jigs, etc. mixed in are great too! Any recommendations? Thanks!

Try listening to Gaelic Storm. I’m not sure they are what you are looking for, but they are good : )

Seamus Eagan, Altan, Clannad, Mary Jane Lamond, Solas, Loreena McKennitt, The Bridies, Mary Black and Old Blind Dogs are good, I like Merry Wives of Windsor, and my favorite, Dougie MacLean.
Check out Celtic Tides. It’s a CD by Putamayo, it’s got most of these bands on it. Great way to get familiar with the genre
