I agree! (But, then again, a lot of music is really beautiful. Try Indian classical music, or Iscathamiya singing, or Irish harp music, or, or, or ….)

Yes I have, and I was so taken in by the sound of the Tar that I asked a friend in Iran to send me one. I have it here in my house in the US, where I teach guitar and perform, and I show it to all who ask about it. Unfortunately, I can’t read the instructional book as it is written in Farsi, but the notations are clear to me.
